Whats in the Kitchen today? Carrot Kheer
Sweet dish(With sugar without sugar)
-Carrot is root vegetables usally orange in colour though Purple, Black, Red, White, Yellow cultivars
exist. Native of Europe and southwestern Asia.
Heavy Cream milk
Crush carrots and roast in pan with Ghee. Take a bigger bowl add milk and let the milk boil for 10 minutes. Add the roasted carrot in the milk for cooking and add sugar (optional) before
turning off the gas flame, add cardamom powder and saffron, dry fruits. You can sever it as you like cold or hot both ways and you can have it now.
