This therapy has been there for a hundred years.

You can mix salt with olive oil or coconut oil and make it into a thick paste. One can use it all over the body in a circular motion. Since the salt granules are abrasive one must take extra care while in the process of exfoliation.

Salt is favored for its inflammatory properties thus makes your skin irritation free devoid of any breakouts. There are skin types that produce excessive skin oil which results in pimples, boils, and acne. One can use a mask containing salt with honey and apply it on clean and dry skin.
